| I've been writing poetry for the past seven years, but this is the first time I've become serious about my writing. (I also do a little bit of drawing and photography) My goal in life is to one day become an author. I write some found poetry, but mostly I like to stick with my own voice. I am inspired by many things, but probably the greatest inspiration comes from life itself. All of my work is inspired by true events, but I like to add a little fantasy element to make it more interesting. There is something very comforting I write about both sides of me, because I let a certain mood take over and always end up with a surprise. My biggest goal/challenge is to be as real as possible. I want to try to connect with all my readers on a personal level. Music is a huge part of my creative flow. love witchcraft and Gaelic/Celtic myth, but I am obsessed with anything and everything that has to do with the 1960's. It's kind of sad, but if I lived in another life, I would totally be a flower child. I am indeed a hippie in the flesh. Nothing puts me more in the mood for writing then some meditation. I love being close to nature, plus it's good for clearing my mind. I am a big collector of black and white movies, which you will find pop up in my work now and then. I don't know what it is, but there's definetly something gorgeous about them that I absolutely love. I am 100% a hopeless romantic. Well, there's a little about me.
